you look online, you will find that Dell's factory refurbished units
are almost EXACTLY like new. In most cases, someone bought the
computer, changed there mind, and then sent it back to Dell. Dell then
has to mark it as Factory Refurbished. They check out everything to
make sure it is up to par, and sell it as a Factory Refurbished model.
For all intents and purposes this is a BRAND NEW Dell Mini 10V that
can be customized to be "Hackentoshed" (i.e. Mac Operating System).
